They were all part of a lovely package I received from Lead Fiskateer Holly! However, since I have the majority of these items, I decided to have a little contest on Creativity{unbound} for all of our loyal readers. All of this yummy goodness can be yours! (All items are new in package)

All you have to do is post a comment about what inspires you by April 18, 2008. This is a quick contest so make sure you get your comments in. I will “draw” a random number using Random.org to pick the winner on April 19. Please note: ALL COMMENTS POSTED AFTER 12 MIDNIGHT ON APRIL 18 WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. DUPLICATE POSTINGS WILL NOT BE COUNTED. (So really, all you need to do is post once cause posting more won’t help you :) )

This contest is open to everyone, even the Creative Girls, as they didn’t know I was doing this lol. The only one who is ineligible is me! I will open it up to International as well.

While you are waiting, be sure to head over to the Fiskateers! They have a great community full of inspiration and they give away A TON OF STUFF! The community is at well over 4000 members now…and Fiskars sends EACH and every one of them a Welcome Packet with their Fiskateer number engraved on a special edition pair of orange and green Fiskars scissors.

Make sure that you tell them Fiskateer # 786 sent you!

  43. Marci Knecht Says:

I’m inspired by people who have truly unique ideas - someone whose work I look at and say “I wish I’d thought of that!”. I’m inspired by people who make the most of what they have, who appreciate the beauty around them and who take joy in the simplest things in life. Most of all, I’m inspired by people who suffer tragedy or adversity, take it on the chin, dust themselves off and keep on going just on sheer faith that they’re supposed to. People like Jen Gallacher who suffered the greatest tragedy a mother could face, but can still create beauty and find happiness in everything around her.

Saw your post on Fiskateer site !!

The best thing for me to do when in a “brain fart” time is to attend a crop at a store, home or weekend event. This has never ceased to inspire me to get the creative juices flowing again and to complete pages for weeks after the crop!

my seven year old, and my husband inspires me…I was left tragically paralized after her birth when the epidural hit my spine–in sever pain and with so much frustration I was miserable–never did they blink when I asked them for help, never did they question my moods. Then I met someone who mentioned a drink–a juice to be honest–and I drank it for the time recommended, I have not taken a pain pill since, I have a new life and these two continue to inspire me………I have begun scrapping more, loving my “new” take on life–and to have a seven year old say–I like my “new” mommy really opened my eyes to how my “old” life was.

  55. LeslieinTN Says:

Even though I’m a scrapper, mixed media art inspires me a lot. I also enjoy looking in scrapbooking galleries or magazines.

  56. Anonymous Says:

I think I’m inspired by the memories I want to keep if it’s scrapbooking or a feeling I want to share if it’s a card. In scrapbooking it’s to remember a special moment, event and/or person. A card is to make an event special or that person be special.
    I hope that makes sense.
    Thanks
